How It Works

When you buy a Mystery Jersey with Subscribe & Save, you're starting a recurring plan: you'll be charged automatically on each renewal date until you cancel.

Each delivery is a randomly selected jersey — the club, player, number and design are chosen by us.

What's Included

20% off every order compared to a one-time purchase.

Priority processing — orders are packed and shipped ahead of standard orders.

Free size exchange, one per delivery.

Billing and Renewals

By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.

Your first charge is taken when you place the order. Each following charge is taken on the same date of your billing cycle.

We'll email you before or at the time of each renewal charge, and again once your order ships.

Pausing, Skipping and Cancelling

You can pause or cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing us.

Cancelling takes effect from your next renewal. Charges already processed are not automatically refunded, and any order already shipped will still be delivered.

To be sure a charge is not taken, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Price Changes

Subscription prices may change.

We'll notify you by email before any change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails we'll retry it and let you know by email.

If payment still cannot be taken, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Exchanges and Returns

Subscription orders include one free size exchange per delivery.

All other returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Mystery Products

Preferences you give us are requests only.

We take them into account where we can, but they are not guaranteed, and receiving a club or design you did not want is not grounds for a refund.
