Mystery Jersey is a store operated by Icon Football LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Mystery Jersey. Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms cover your rights and responsibilities when you use our website and buy from us, including warranty disclaimers and limits of liability. Please read them carefully.

By using our site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Account and Eligibility

You confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live, and that any information you give us is correct, current and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity on your account. You may not sell or transfer your account.

Mystery Products

A Mystery Jersey is a randomly selected item. The club, player, number, season and design are chosen by us and cannot be requested, reserved or guaranteed. You choose only the size.

Any preferences you submit at checkout are requests only. We take them into account where we can, but they are not guaranteed and an unmet preference is not grounds for a refund.

Receiving a club, colour or design you did not want is not a defect.

Product Descriptions

We aim to show our products accurately, but colours and appearance may look different on your screen depending on your device and settings.

Product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at our discretion.

Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is accepted only once we confirm it and your payment has been processed.

If we cancel or change an order, we'll contact you using the email, address or phone number you provided.

Returns and refunds are handled solely under our Refund Policy.

You confirm your purchases are for personal use, not for resale or export.

Prices and Payment

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the time you order and confirmed in your order email.

Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, customs and import charges.

You confirm the payment details you provide are accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method, and that you will pay all charges incurred.

Subscriptions

By starting a subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.

Your subscription renews on a recurring basis. We'll email you before or at the time of each renewal charge.

You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect from the next renewal — charges already processed are not automatically refunded.

Subscription prices may change. We'll give you notice before any change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

Shipping and Delivery

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.

Once we hand your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Intellectual Property

Our site and its content — text, images, graphics, video, layout and design — are owned by Icon Football LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish or distribute any part of it without our written permission.

All other names, logos and trademarks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners.

Third-Party Links and Tools

Our site may link to or include tools from third parties. We don't control them and provide access "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Use of third-party sites and tools is at your own risk. Please review their terms before using them. Any complaints about third-party products or services should go to that third party.

Relationship with Shopify

Mystery Jersey is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Mystery Jersey.

By using our site you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Mystery Jersey, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Mystery Jersey.

Privacy

All personal information we collect is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, some information is also processed under Shopify's own privacy policy.

Reviews and Feedback

If you send us ideas, reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and publish it, including for marketing.

You confirm you own the rights to anything you submit and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful, abusive or misleading material.

We may remove any submission at our discretion and are not obliged to keep it confidential, pay for it or respond to it.

Errors and Inaccuracies

Our site may occasionally contain errors relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability.

We may correct any error and change, update or cancel orders affected by it at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Prohibited Uses

You may use our site for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to break any law, infringe anyone's intellectual property, harass or harm any person, transmit false information, send spam, impersonate anyone, or upload malicious code.

You also may not scrape, copy or resell any part of the site, collect other users' personal information, or bypass any security measure we use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Icon Football LLC, Shopify and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your use of the site.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions stay in force.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive it.

These Terms, together with the policies posted on our site, form the entire agreement between you and us and replace any earlier versions.

You may not transfer or assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them without notice.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

You and Icon Football LLC consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Wyoming.

We may update them by posting changes here.

Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
